If you are new to tracking your numbers or want to know the best ways to fix your numbers, follow this simple process:

  • MEASURE: Learn how to read your numbers that RPM ToolKit® measures for you.
  • OPTICS: See what is and is not working by comparing performance to good benchmark targets set up in Onboarding. Click Chat to update.
  • SOLUTIONS: Quickly learn how to fix problems from the Shop4D® Shop Solutions Wiki.
  • ADJUST: Implement proven solutions and train them in.
  • SUSTAIN: Learn and use a 10 minute return and report accountability process with your team members to make your adjustments stick.
  • RESULTS: Read immediate results of the fix.
